Job Summary
As the face of Yelp for new restaurant partners, the full-time remote Onboarding Restaurant Success Manager will manage the critical first 90 days of the customer journey, focusing on onboarding, product training, and ensuring long-term client retention.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and guide them through the implementation process from day one
- Manage a pipeline of new accounts during a 60-day onboarding period, emphasizing product usage and feature training
- Engage with clients throughout the first three months to set them up for long-term success and growth
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Sales, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting targets/KPIs in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to present complex technical information in an easily understandable manner for non-technical business owners
