Job Summary

A company is looking for a CareLinx Onboarding Specialist to manage caregiver onboarding and hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee caregiver background checks and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with I-9 and 1099 regulations
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve onboarding issues and streamline processes
  • Utilize HRIS and CRM platforms to manage candidate data and generate reports for analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in HR or recruiting, particularly with onboarding W2s and 1099s in a high-volume environment
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience in a multi-state recruiting operation
