Job Summary
A company is looking for a CareLinx Onboarding Specialist to manage caregiver onboarding and hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee caregiver background checks and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with I-9 and 1099 regulations
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve onboarding issues and streamline processes
- Utilize HRIS and CRM platforms to manage candidate data and generate reports for analysis
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR or recruiting, particularly with onboarding W2s and 1099s in a high-volume environment
- Strong proficiency in HRIS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in a multi-state recruiting operation
