Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist (Remote, Full-Time) to facilitate successful customer transitions, manage onboarding projects, and provide application support assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Learning to facilitate a successful customer transition from post-sale to onboarding
- Manage on-boarding projects using a phased approach to provide value quickly
- Coach customers through the onboarding process, setting clear priorities and managing milestones
Qualifications
- Ability to self-manage and project manage implementation projects
- Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum of 2 years of software Onboarding/Project Management/Support experience
- Travel-related experience required
- Web Based (SaaS or Cloud) Solution experience required
