Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and support new operators through the implementation process
Facilitate training sessions for new operators on the product suite
Collaborate with various departments to resolve partner issues and provide feedback

Required Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working remotely
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with SalesForce (Nice to have)
Spanish fluency (Nice to have)
