Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring effective integration into the company culture
Coordinate onboarding schedules, including orientation sessions and training programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period, providing ongoing support

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 2-4 years of onboarding/HR experience
Experience in managing pre-employment checks and documentation
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for legal compliance
Ability to collaborate with various departments for comprehensive training resources
