A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for new CPA accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for new prospects onboarding
• Lead communication with various stakeholders and departments to ensure accountability and meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, creative, and technical onboarding requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Google, or Jira
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and major affiliate networks
• Basic knowledge of tracking integration, including pixels and postbacks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
