Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to enhance and scale an online community focused on financial fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage community member onboarding and project delivery activities for the online community of financial fraud professionals
  • Develop and implement streamlined onboarding processes to enhance the member experience from Day 1
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and ensure effective execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Project Management is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, preferably in digital products or online communities
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Familiarity with banking operations, fraud detection methodologies, and risk management frameworks is desired
