Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the HR Compliance team in managing pre-employment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-employment requirements and verify documentation for finalist candidates
  • Conduct background checks and maintain compliance with employment laws
  • Provide support and regular updates to finalist candidates throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources roles
  • Familiarity with HR vendors or systems is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
