Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to enhance customer experiences and support new users in utilizing their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 onboarding sessions for customers via Zoom, ensuring successful data migration and training
- Communicate with customers daily through email, live chat, and phone to address inquiries and enhance their experience
- Identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and gather feedback to improve product features and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, technology, or studio management roles
- Empathetic with a strong guest experience mindset and good judgment in resolving customer issues
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer experience
- Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bonus: Familiarity with the product or enthusiasm for teaching others how to use it effectively
