Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through the adoption and integration of their software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients from kickoff through go-live
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related communication and coordination
  • Oversee and support integration efforts, including API configurations and data exchanges
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or technical account management roles
  • Experience with API setup and integration workflows
  • Strong data skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
