Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information
• Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and achieve performance metrics
• Manage patient assessments, maintain records, and support the Clinical Services team in MTM services

Required Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
• Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with potential Saturday shifts
• Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months and completed necessary training sessions
