Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information
• Perform accurate data entry of prescription information and achieve performance metrics
• Educate patients and facilities about services, manage patient assessments, and conduct follow-up calls

Required Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
• Home Internet with minimum 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload speed
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST and one Saturday each month
• Must have at least 6 months in the current role and completed training sessions
