Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information
• Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and achieve performance metrics
• Educate patients and facilities about services, manage patient assessments, and support Clinical Services team

Required Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
• Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST, with occasional Saturday shifts
• Minimum of 6 months in the current role and completion of training sessions
