Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to facilitate a smooth hiring experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate hiring documents and conduct background checks for new hires
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate applicant statuses
  • Ensure completion of onboarding paperwork and facilitate communication with new hires
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in human resources or onboarding
  • Experience in building positive relationships with business partners and employees
  • Strong computer skills, including HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Excel
  • Organizational skills and ability to maintain engagement with new hires
