Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding & Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, managing communications and expectations
  • Monitor and improve the onboarding process through feedback collection and documentation updates


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of HR operational experience or project coordination with a focus on employee experience
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and onboarding/training workflow tools
  • Strong customer-service mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment and manage logistics across geographic boundaries
