Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage customer onboarding and training for their products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customers' Getting Started Journey
  • Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure understanding of learning content
  • Assist customers in recognizing the value of their purchased platform(s)
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS CRM onboarding and training
  • Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Technical proficiency and quick learning of new software products
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data import file troubleshooting
