Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and facilitate the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring successful product adoption and utilization
  • Curate training materials and manage customer-facing documentation to enhance customer proficiency with the platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience aligned with customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer education
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective customer training programs
  • Comfort with platform configuration, integrations, and basic troubleshooting
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally
