Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage and coordinate the onboarding processes for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, acting as the initial point of contact for new employees
  • Ensure new employees have necessary equipment and access for their first day, and follow up on the status of ordered items
  • Coordinate training schedules and monitor new employee progress through the first 90 days of employment
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of previous mortgage experience required
  • Previous HR, administrative support, or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
