Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage and coordinate the onboarding processes for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, acting as the initial point of contact for new employees
- Ensure new employees have necessary equipment and access for their first day, and follow up on the status of ordered items
- Coordinate training schedules and monitor new employee progress through the first 90 days of employment
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous mortgage experience required
- Previous HR, administrative support, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
