Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for high-revenue prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including data transfer, payments setup, and team member onboarding
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing timelines and resolving any technical challenges
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales teams, especially Account Executives
- Comfort with technical workflows such as data migration and system configuration
- Experience with CRM and customer tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
