Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for high-revenue prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including data transfer, payments setup, and team member onboarding
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing timelines and resolving any technical challenges
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales teams, especially Account Executives
  • Comfort with technical workflows such as data migration and system configuration
  • Experience with CRM and customer tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
