Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information
• Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and achieve performance metrics
• Manage the patient assessment process and maintain referral relationships

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Energetic and compassionate phone skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision
