Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for remote new hires in the Insurance division
  • Ensure Day 1 readiness by providing necessary tools, resources, and onboarding materials
  • Oversee compliance tasks such as background checks and I-9 verifications
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting People Ops teams
  • Experience working with remote populations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience with HR software (UKG) and applicant tracking systems (Fountain ATS preferred)
  • Knowledge of labor relations and laws is a plus
