Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for remote new hires in the Insurance division
- Ensure Day 1 readiness by providing necessary tools, resources, and onboarding materials
- Oversee compliance tasks such as background checks and I-9 verifications
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience supporting People Ops teams
- Experience working with remote populations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office packages
- Experience with HR software (UKG) and applicant tracking systems (Fountain ATS preferred)
- Knowledge of labor relations and laws is a plus
