Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for remote new hires in the Insurance division
Ensure Day 1 readiness by providing necessary tools, resources, and onboarding materials
Oversee compliance tasks such as background checks and I-9 verifications

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience supporting People Ops teams
Experience working with remote populations
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office packages
Experience with HR software (UKG) and applicant tracking systems (Fountain ATS preferred)
Knowledge of labor relations and laws is a plus
