Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding process for new broker partners and manage communications
  • Collaborate with sales consultants and carrier partners throughout the onboarding process
  • Document all steps and processes internally and coordinate cross-functional team meetings
Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in insurance preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work normal business hours
  • SalesForce experience preferred, but not required
