Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct kickoff calls and orientations for new customers assigned to the onboarding program
• Create and execute customized onboarding plans, including setting accounting and go-live dates
• Maintain project plans for each customer and provide proactive outreach to customers at risk of churning

Required Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Experience in a team environment and ability to work independently
• Strong product knowledge and ability to stay updated on new releases
• Demonstrated empathy towards customer challenges
