Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage clinician onboarding and cross-boarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and cross-boarding process for new and existing clinicians, including creating onboarding plans and facilitating communication
• Build relationships with clinicians to support retention and influence outcomes with internal departments
• Initiate collection of clinician documents and ensure accurate and timely handoff to Risk

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and/or 3 years of relevant experience
• Project coordination and/or management experience is a plus
• 1+ years of experience within a healthcare setting
