Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage clinician onboarding and cross-boarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and cross-boarding process for new and existing clinicians, including communication and document tracking
• Build relationships with clinicians to support retention and collaborate with internal departments to influence positive outcomes
• Initiate collection of clinician documents and facilitate support calls with relevant departments to ensure timely onboarding

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in project coordination and/or management is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
