Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to facilitate a positive hiring experience for new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process by coordinating hiring documents, background checks, and welcome letters
- Conduct and track background checks, reference checks, and maintain personnel files
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws while collaborating with HR and operations teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2+ years of HR experience related to recruiting or hiring
- Experience using HR and onboarding software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Experience in onboarding within human services or healthcare settings is a plus
