Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to facilitate a positive hiring experience for new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process by coordinating hiring documents, background checks, and welcome letters
  • Conduct and track background checks, reference checks, and maintain personnel files
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws while collaborating with HR and operations teams


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with at least 2+ years of HR experience related to recruiting or hiring
  • Experience using HR and onboarding software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in onboarding within human services or healthcare settings is a plus
