Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to facilitate a positive hiring experience for new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process, including sending documents and maintaining communication for timely completion
  • Conduct and track background checks, reference checks, and driving record verifications
  • Prepare orientation rosters and ensure applicant tracking systems are accurate and compliant with regulations


Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED with at least 2+ years of HR experience in recruiting or hiring
  • Experience with HR and onboarding software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and workflow management
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in onboarding within human services or healthcare settings is preferred
