Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for investment advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new advisors, providing support throughout their onboarding journey
• Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle, including timeline tracking and go-live support
• Manage the transfer of client accounts and assets, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in advisor onboarding or transitions within the RIA industry
• In-depth knowledge of custodial platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) and RIA operational workflows
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a client-focused, high-performance culture
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability
