Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Product Specialist to support customers in adopting their MarTech software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and timely completion of milestones
• Deliver training programs and maintain project documentation throughout the onboarding process
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize onboarding methodologies

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role
• Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and communication platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training sessions or onboarding programs
• A strong team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
