Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding & Integration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end new employee onboarding journey across HR, hiring managers, and IT
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for new hires, managing communications and expectations during onboarding
- Continuously collect feedback and propose improvements to enhance the onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of HR operational experience or project coordination with a focus on employee experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and onboarding/training workflow tools
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects
- Ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment and coordinate across geographic/time zone boundaries
