Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the launch of new partner facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for newly contracted nursing homes
• Guide facilities through onboarding by educating them on processes and requirements
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records within Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Proficiency with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
