Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to manage customer onboarding and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the project manager for onboarding, guiding clients through each phase of implementation
• Conduct regular video calls with customers to provide training and updates
• Track onboarding progress, manage timelines, and collaborate with internal departments for a smooth onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including data entry and formatting
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Proactive and dependable work ethic
• Property management experience or familiarity with industry software is a strong plus
