Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing the onboarding process for new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Communicate pre-employment requirements and monitor the completion of onboarding tasks and screenings
  • Conduct check-ins with new hires and maintain organized records of pre-employment documents
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Two (2) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Proficient in using various Human Resource platforms such as ADP and iCIMS
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
