Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing the onboarding process for new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Communicate pre-employment requirements and monitor the completion of onboarding tasks and screenings
- Conduct check-ins with new hires and maintain organized records of pre-employment documents
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Proficient in using various Human Resource platforms such as ADP and iCIMS
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
