Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end onboarding for regional merchants, ensuring a smooth launch and successful first 30 days
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and integration partners, maintaining strong relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in project management or customer success
  • Strong experience with customer onboarding and account coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce experience preferred
