Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the launch of new grocery merchants onto its platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for regional grocery merchants, ensuring timely and successful activations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants throughout onboarding and provide early lifecycle support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate data and smooth onboarding execution
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, customer success, onboarding, or account management
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, managing external relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
