Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding & Experience Specialist to support early career financial advisors through a technology-enabled onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding experience for new advisors, ensuring alignment with training and ecosystem expectations
• Serve as the primary resource for new advisors on digital tools and best practices to enhance productivity
• Monitor advisor performance and provide coaching to support technology adoption and practice development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, education, financial services, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, advisor onboarding, or early career development roles
• Familiarity with advisor onboarding processes and early career development expectations
• Strong proficiency with financial services technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRM systems)
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify coaching opportunities
