Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their onboarding process
  • Lead onboarding kick-offs, training workshops, and provide technical support to customers
  • Develop and improve the onboarding playbook while assisting the Customer Success Team with tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, onboarding, or software integration
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for delivering results
  • Experience presenting to groups of customers virtually
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
