Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their onboarding process
- Lead onboarding kick-offs, training workshops, and provide technical support to customers
- Develop and improve the onboarding playbook while assisting the Customer Success Team with tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, onboarding, or software integration
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for delivering results
- Experience presenting to groups of customers virtually
- Proficiency in CRM systems
