Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging virtual onboarding and welcome sessions for new hires

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in onboarding, training coordination, or customer support
• Demonstrated passion for helping others succeed
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and dependable, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
