Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their Training and Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and informative live onboarding sessions for new hires
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (Skilljar) and role-specific learning paths
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve inquiries

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or related learning functions
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, preferably Skilljar
Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for new technologies
Proficiency in Confluence and Microsoft 365 Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a matrixed organization
