Job Summary
Owning the full onboarding experience, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will integrate new customers into the platform through technical guidance, training, and support, ensuring successful launch and operation of their business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage account timelines and customer milestones from handoff through launch
- Deliver tailored customer training via phone, video, and in-person channels
- Conduct post-launch check-ins to validate operational readiness and drive product adoption
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a KPI and SLA-driven environment, preferably in a SaaS company
- Proven ability to manage a full pipeline of customer accounts through an entire project lifecycle
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success is a plus
