Job Summary

Owning the full onboarding experience, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will integrate new customers into the platform through technical guidance, training, and support, ensuring successful launch and operation of their business.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage account timelines and customer milestones from handoff through launch
  • Deliver tailored customer training via phone, video, and in-person channels
  • Conduct post-launch check-ins to validate operational readiness and drive product adoption
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a KPI and SLA-driven environment, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to manage a full pipeline of customer accounts through an entire project lifecycle
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success is a plus
