Job Summary

Guiding new customers through a seamless onboarding experience, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will lead onboarding sessions, translate advisory processes into Wealthbox configurations, and develop training resources to ensure customer success.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, including kickoff calls and ongoing check-ins
  • Translate complex advisory processes into streamlined Wealthbox configurations for customers
  • Facilitate live training sessions tailored to client objectives and technical proficiency
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or training role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously while staying organized
  • Experience facilitating live video sessions with confidence and professionalism
  • Familiarity with CRM software or financial services technology is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills suited to a fully remote environment
