Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for newly signed merchants, the fully remote Onboarding Specialist will guide clients through account setup, operational training, and coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience over a 6-month assignment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Guide merchants through account setup, menu configuration, and operational training via calls, emails, and video conferencing
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Tech Support teams to resolve onboarding issues
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and internal systems
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in merchant onboarding, customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles
  • Experience managing multiple client or merchant onboardings concurrently
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and CRM/operations platforms
  • Background in restaurant, food service, marketplace, SaaS, or food tech environments preferred
  • Familiarity with catering operations or large-order food programs is a plus
