Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support, the full-time temporary Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with occupational health requirements and assisting recruiters and hiring managers, all while working remotely for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinates the onboarding process, including background checks and health screenings
  • Ensures timely completion of new hire pre-employment requirements and manages personnel files
  • Acts as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, fostering positive relationships throughout the onboarding experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in new hire onboarding processes
  • 2+ years of experience with occupational health-related onboarding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
