Job Summary

To ensure a smooth transition for new customers, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will guide users through the onboarding process for the iwave and engage platforms, delivering tailored experiences that maximize product adoption and user engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and facilitate the onboarding process, providing clear guidance on product setup, configuration, and integrations
  • Deliver tailored training sessions and create documentation to help customers gain proficiency with the platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the onboarding experience aligns with customer needs and organizational goals
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding or customer service within a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to guide customers through product setup and configurations
  • Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a focus on helping customers achieve their goals
