Job Summary
To ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new publisher partners, the remote Onboarding Specialist - Publisher & Ad Tech will guide clients through their first 90 days, providing education on best practices and fostering long-term success while managing client relationships and engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the client relationship from the point of sale through the Customer Success handoff, leading kickoff calls and product trainings
- Track and manage all onboarding activities in Salesforce, updating client setup and interactions
- Confirm client satisfaction at the end of the onboarding process and transition partnerships to the account team
Required qualifications
- Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS, advertising, or media
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple clients and timelines
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office/Google Suite
- Familiarity with digital media, publishing, or advertising technology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients
