Job Summary

As a pivotal first point of contact, the remote Onboarding Specialist will guide new clients through their initial 30-90 days of onboarding, conducting personalized training sessions and proactively addressing client needs to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, building strong relationships during the onboarding process
  • Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions to educate clients on effectively using the platform and services
  • Identify client needs and track progress, proactively addressing potential roadblocks to enhance client retention
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM/Customer Success tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
  • Knowledge of the green industry is an asset, along with proficiency in French or Spanish being a plus
