Job Summary
Coordinating customer onboarding projects remotely, the full-time Onboarding Specialist I will manage project timelines, maintain communication with clients, and ensure successful activation through established processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff through activation using established processes
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout onboarding, ensuring strong communication and experience standards
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate project documentation across various systems
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, or related roles
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn SaaS onboarding workflows and operational processes
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop project management and customer management expertise
