Coordinating customer onboarding projects remotely, the full-time Onboarding Specialist I will manage project timelines, maintain communication with clients, and ensure successful activation through established processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff through activation using established processes
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout onboarding, ensuring strong communication and experience standards
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate project documentation across various systems
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, or related roles
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn SaaS onboarding workflows and operational processes
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
  • Willingness to learn and develop project management and customer management expertise
