Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of onboarding projects, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist II will drive customer onboarding outcomes from contract signature through successful activation, ensuring strong customer momentum and operational discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff through activation using established processes
- Serve as the primary customer contact, maintaining consistent communication and strong experience standards
- Identify project risks and escalate concerns while partnering cross-functionally to resolve customer needs
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success roles
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of onboarding projects
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Technical aptitude to understand onboarding workflows, configurations, and data migration requirements
- Experience with onboarding forecasting, project tracking, and portfolio reporting
