Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Onboarding Specialist will assist with the onboarding of commercial clients, manage account setups, and ensure accurate implementation of products and services.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new products and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance operational efficiency and documentation
  • Serve as a liaison across functional areas to facilitate effective communication and setup of client accounts
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in banking, preferably in operations
  • Strong knowledge of account documentation and business products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
