Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Onboarding Specialist will assist with the onboarding of commercial deposit clients, ensuring accurate setup and execution of products and services while collaborating with team members and management to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for clients by setting up accounts and service offerings within the banking systems
  • Collaborates with team members to develop and implement operational plans and improve processes
  • Manages IOLTA accounts and supports various commercial product offerings, ensuring compliance with banking regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in banking, preferably in operations
  • Strong knowledge of account documentation and business products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
